Terms of Use

Last updated: June 12, 2026.

Who operates this site

GLP1BridgeHelp.com is operated by Columbia Software Works LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Questions about them can be sent through the contact page.

Educational preparation tool

GLP1BridgeHelp.com helps users organize patient-entered information for a clinician conversation about the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge and related Part D coverage questions. The site provides an educational screener, a doctor portal message, and a doctor-ready request packet.

The site does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, determine insurance eligibility, submit prior authorization, represent the user before Medicare or a plan, or guarantee coverage, copay amount, prescription, appeal, or other successful outcome. Your clinician determines whether medication is medically appropriate and whether any prescription or prior authorization request should be submitted.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing any generated message or packet before sharing it, and discussing medical and coverage decisions with your own clinician, pharmacist, plan, Medicare representative, attorney, or other qualified professional as appropriate.

Do not enter or send Medicare ID numbers, Social Security numbers, full date of birth, full address, insurance-card images, medical record uploads, urgent medical concerns, or emergency information through this site.

Payments

Paid packet access is a one-time digital purchase processed through Stripe Checkout. GLP1BridgeHelp.com does not collect or store payment-card numbers directly. Stripe may process payment information under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Charges appear on card statements as COLUMBIA SOFTWARE LLC, the company that operates this site.

A purchase pays for access to the generated packet features. It does not pay for medical care, prescribing, prior authorization submission, coverage advocacy, appeal representation, or a successful coverage outcome.

Refund policy

If you are charged more than once for the same packet purchase, or if a site error prevents you from accessing the packet after successful payment, contact support within 14 days of the charge and include the email address used at checkout, approximate payment date, and a short description of the issue. Do not include Medicare ID numbers, Social Security numbers, medical record images, or urgent medical information.

Because the packet is a digital product available immediately after checkout, refunds are generally not provided after successful packet access solely because a clinician does not prescribe a medication, a plan or program does not cover a medication, a prior authorization is denied, the user's answers change, or the user no longer wants to pursue a GLP-1 medication.

Refund decisions may be limited by payment-processor rules, fraud-prevention review, and applicable law. If this policy changes, the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Eligibility and acceptable use

The site is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape or resell its content, or use generated materials to misrepresent your health or coverage information to a clinician, pharmacy, plan, or government program.

Your content and our content

You own the information you enter, and you may copy, print, and share the personalized messages and packets generated from it for your own healthcare purposes. The site's design, text, and code remain ours or our licensors'. Wegovy®, Zepbound®, KwikPen®, Foundayo®, and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used here for identification only, and their use does not imply endorsement.

No official affiliation

GLP1BridgeHelp.com is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by CMS, Medicare, HHS, Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any Medicare Part D plan. Do not rely on this site as an official government, manufacturer, plan, pharmacy, or medical-practice source.

No warranties

The site and any generated message or packet are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep criteria summaries aligned with published CMS materials and show a version and review date on results, but we do not warrant that any summary is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for medical, coverage, or financial outcomes connected to use of this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms; governing law

We may update these terms, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Criteria and content updates

CMS materials, program details, formularies, prior authorization forms, and clinical guidance may change. Results and packets should be read with the displayed criteria version and last-reviewed date. Before relying on a packet for a visit, compare it with current official materials and ask your clinician or plan what documentation is required.
